A life focused on cinema

He will go down as one of the most influential directors on both sides of the Atlantic. His death closes a chapter in the history of cinema. And like the Young Turks who are François Truffaut, Jacques Rivette and Éric Rohmer, Mr. Godard is a prominent figure in the 7th art.
