Cristobal Tapia de Veer, Emmy-winning Canadian composer

“I’m digesting what’s going on. Cristobal Tapia de Veer is still marked by the blow of emotion after his appearance at the 74th ceremony of the Creative Arts Emmy Awards. The composer has just won two prizes for his soundtrack, “anxiogenic and wild”, from the American series The White Lotus.
Émilie Perreault calls her at her studio located in the Laurentians to talk about her meteoric rise in Hollywood and collect some anecdotes; like the time he stayed for a week for no apparent reason with Kanye West. The artist also returns to his Chilean origins and their influences on his music.
