According to initial information, a convoy of eight motorcycles was traveling on a wet road due to rain when two motorcycles collided with a stationary heavy goods vehicle in an attempt to turn.

“Because of the fog, the motorcyclists did not see the heavyweight,” said agent Nicolas Scholtus, spokesperson for the SQ.

The two drivers and a passenger were seriously injured, but there is no fear for their lives.
